Below find links to free resources that are designed to help kids and parents with tips, tricks and tools to promote mental health and wellness. Be assured that, if your family is experiencing a mental health issue or emergency, our school is here to help. There are counselling services available for students through the school. Also, some of our teachers have specific training to help with various mental health concerns. At the very least, we can direct you to the best place to look for help. Please do not hesitate to ask!
