Would you like to volunteer at Bulyea School? You need a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check!
We appreciate volunteers for field trips and in-school events. In order for you to help out in our school and at events away from our school, you need to have a current Criminal Record Check AND Vulnerable Sector Check.
How to get one:
1. Contact the school for a letter to provide to the RCMP about why you need this check.
2. Visit your local RCMP office in person. Be sure to check their office hours first! There will be a form to fill out and you need to give them the letter from Step 1.
3. Once your paperwork is returned, please provide a copy to the school.
These checks are valid for 3 years, after which you would need to get a new one.
